Pāheona e Ola ai ka ʻŌlelo, Arts Bringing Life to Our Language, is the theme for the optional He ʻŌlelo Ola Hilo Field Study following the ICLDC Conference. The Hilo Field Study will be held at the College of Hawaiian Language at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo on the Island of Hawaiʻi on March 8 – 9, 2027. Participants will visit the Hawaiian Language Medium kindergarten to high school program that works in consortium with Ka Haka ʻUla O Keʻelikōlani College of Hawaiian Language.
